Senlovo "100-Night Test" Program Regulations

§1. Preliminary Information

  1. The "100-Night Test" program is organized by Somelia Damian Glonek – owner of the Senlovo brand, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

  2. The program allows the Customer to make a one-time exchange of a purchased mattress for another model available in the Senlovo offer, under the conditions specified in these regulations.

  3. Only consumers may participate in the program, i.e., natural persons making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  4. The program does not cover purchases made under company details or transactions carried out as part of the Customer's business activity.

  5. The possibility of exchange constitutes a voluntary service of the Organizer and does not limit or exclude Customers' rights resulting from applicable legal provisions.

  6. The program applies to mattresses from the Curem and Hilding DeLuxe collections.
  7. Mattresses participating in the promotion must be purchased at the regular/manufacturer's suggested price (without price discounts).
  8. The program is valid for 100 days:

    • from the date of product purchase in the case of personal collection,

    • from the day of delivery in the case of orders with delivery.

  9. A condition for participation in the program is the presentation of proof of purchase, in particular a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.


§2. Conditions for using the program

  1. Within the program, the Customer can exchange a mattress for another model from the current Senlovo offer.

  2. The exchange can only be made for a mattress of the same size as the product originally purchased.

  3. The Customer may choose a mattress with:

    • a price identical to the originally purchased product, or

    • a higher price – in which case it is necessary to pay the difference in value.

  4. If the selected product has a lower price than the originally purchased mattress, the surplus value of the original transaction is not settled.

  5. The program covers only mattresses in the following standard dimensions:

80 × 200
90 × 200
100 × 200
120 × 200
140 × 200
160 × 200
180 × 200

  1. The exchange can be carried out only once per product.

  2. Desire to participate in the program must be reported when placing an order.

§3. Condition of the product submitted for exchange

  1. The mattress submitted for the program should be in a condition that allows for its quality assessment.

  2. The product must not have:

    • dirt or stains,

    • permanent odors,

    • abrasions, tears, or other mechanical damage.

  3. The mattress should be used in accordance with its intended purpose and manufacturer's recommendations.

  4. The technical condition of the product is assessed by a Senlovo representative. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the Organizer may refuse to carry out the exchange.

  5. The program does not cover products:

    • sold as display items,

    • offered as part of outlet sales or special promotions.


§4. Transport and organization of exchange

  1. The mattress submitted for exchange should be delivered to the location indicated by Senlovo.

  2. The costs of transporting the product submitted for exchange are borne by the Customer.

  3. The organization of receiving the new mattress is the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.


§5. Information regarding mattress usage

  1. The body's adaptation to a new sleeping surface can take several weeks. For this reason, it is recommended to use the mattress for an appropriate period before deciding to exchange it.

  2. Mattresses delivered in vacuum-packed form usually achieve full functional properties approximately 72 hours after unpacking.

  3. In the initial period of use, natural odors of new materials may be noticeable. This phenomenon gradually subsides with regular ventilation of the room.

  4. To protect the mattress from dirt and extend its durability, it is recommended to use a mattress protector.


§6. Final provisions

  1. These regulations supplement consumer rights resulting from legal provisions and do not limit, in particular, rights regarding:

    • warranty for defects in goods,

    • manufacturer's warranty,

    • withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 days.

  2. The current content of the regulations is published on the website senlovo.pl.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the regulations, which do not affect the rights of Customers resulting from transactions concluded before their entry into force.

  4. The regulations are valid from March 1, 2026.
