Promotional Campaign Regulations Senlovo Home Stories

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotional campaign is Somelia Damian Glonek (hereinafter: "Organizer").

2. The promotional campaign is conducted via the Organizer's website.

3. The promotional campaign is not a competition or a lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.

§2. Campaign Duration

1. The promotional campaign runs from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026, or until the prize pool is exhausted.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the campaign earlier if the protector pool is exhausted.

§3. Campaign Participants

1. A natural person who meets the following criteria may participate in the campaign:

   • is over 18 years of age,

   • is a consumer,

   • resides in the territory of the Republic of Poland,

   • has read and accepted the content of these regulations.

2. Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate family are excluded from the campaign.

§4. Rules for Participation in the Campaign

1. To participate in the promotional campaign, the Participant must:

1. 1. • publish a bedroom photo on Instagram with a bed purchased from the organizer's store,

      • add the hashtag #senlovo,

      • tag the profile @senlovo.

   2. send via email sklep@senlovo.pl

• • • a photo of their bed or bedroom
    • acceptance of these regulations,
    • consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the campaign.
    • delivery address details for the protector

2. The photo must be:

• • taken independently by the Participant,

  • free from legal defects,

  • not infringing on the rights of third parties.
    

  • images of people,

  • content that is offensive, illegal, or contrary to good morals.

    The photo must not contain:

     

3. One Participant may submit one entry during the campaign.

§5. Rules for Awarding the Promotional Benefit

1. Every Participant who meets the conditions specified in §4 will receive a free mattress protector in the same size as the bed/mattress purchased

2. The promotional benefit is available until the protector pool is exhausted.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the application for compliance with the regulations.

4. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, the Organizer may refuse to grant the promotional benefit.

5. The protector will be sent to the address indicated by the Participant within 14 business days of positive verification of the application.

6. The promotional benefit cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent or other products.

§6. Copyright and Use of Photos

1. The Participant declares that they hold full copyrights to the submitted photo.

2. The Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the photo for marketing and promotional purposes of the Senlovo brand, in particular:

   • on the website,

   • in social media,

   • in advertising and promotional materials.

3. The Organizer undertakes to use the photos in a manner that does not infringe on the personal rights of the Participant.

§7. Personal Data

1. The administrator of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.

2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

   • conducting the promotional campaign,

   • sending the protector,

   • contacting the Participant.

3. The Participant has the right to access their data, correct it, restrict its processing, and request its deletion.

4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer's website.

§8. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the promotional campaign can be submitted by email to: reklamacje@senlovo.pl.

2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of their receipt.

§9. Final Provisions

1. The regulations are available on the Organizer's website.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons, provided that it does not infringe on the rights of the Participants.

3. For matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
