Promotion Regulations

"Curem duvet for PLN 1 net with the purchase of a Curem mattress"

§1. Promotion Organizer

  1. The organizer of the promotion is Somelia Damian Glonek, ul. Leżajska 11A, 61-315 Poznań.
  2. The promotion is conducted exclusively at the Organizer's physical store at Senlovo Giant Meble, Krzywoustego 68, 61-144 Poznań.

§2. Promotion Duration

  1. The promotion is valid from the date of its announcement in the physical store until the stock of Curem duvets allocated for the promotion is exhausted or until it is revoked by the Organizer.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion earlier, especially in the event of depletion of the promotional product pool.

§3. Conditions for participation in the promotion

  1. A participant in the promotion may be a customer who, during the promotion period from June 4-30, 2026, places a new order for a Curem mattress at the Organizer's physical store.
  2. The promotion applies only to newly placed orders.
  3. The promotion does not include orders placed before the start of the promotional campaign.
  4. The condition for benefiting from the promotion is the purchase of a Curem mattress and ordering a Curem duvet at the promotional price of PLN 1 net.
  5. For each Curem mattress ordered, one Curem duvet is available at the promotional price.

§4. Rules for granting a promotional duvet

  1. The type of Curem duvet granted under the promotion depends on the width of the Curem mattress ordered.
  2. When purchasing a Curem mattress with a width of 80 cm to 140 cm, the customer can purchase a small Curem duvet for PLN 1 net.
  3. When purchasing a Curem mattress with a width of 160 cm or more, the customer can purchase a large Curem duvet for PLN 1 net.
  4. The promotion does not include mattresses of brands other than Curem.
  5. The promotion is not exchangeable for cash, a monetary discount, or any other product.
  6. The lack of desire to use the promotional duvet does not reduce the price of the mattress.

§5. Availability of promotional products

  1. Curem duvets covered by the promotion are supplied by Hilding.
  2. The number of promotional duvets is limited.
  3. In case of temporary unavailability of the appropriate duvet size, its delivery period may be extended.
  4. The Organizer does not guarantee constant availability of all variants of promotional duvets throughout the promotion period.

§6. Returns, complaints and order changes

  1. In case of cancellation of an order for a Curem mattress, the customer loses the right to purchase a duvet at the promotional price.
  2. In case of return of a Curem mattress, the customer is also obliged to return the duvet purchased under the promotion, provided that legal provisions or sales conditions allow for the return of the given product.
  3. In case of changing the width of the ordered Curem mattress, the type of promotional duvet may be changed accordingly in accordance with the rules set out in §4.
  4. Complaints regarding the mattress or duvet are processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the manufacturer's warranty terms.

§7. Combining promotions

  1. The promotion may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, promotional codes or individual price conditions, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  2. The decision on the possibility of combining the promotion with another offer is made by the Organizer in the physical store.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of these regulations.
  2. The promotion regulations are available at the Organizer's physical stores.
  3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations, provided that it does not infringe the acquired rights of the promotion participants.
