Promotion Regulations

"Curem Duvet for 1 PLN net with the purchase of a Curem mattress"

§1. Promotion Organizer

  1. The organizer of the promotion is Somelia Damian Glonek, ul. Leżajska 11A, 61-315 Poznań.
  2. The promotion is conducted exclusively in the Organizer's physical store at Senlovo Giant Meble, Krzywoustego 68, 61-144 Poznań.

§2. Promotion Duration

  1. The promotion is valid from the date of its announcement in the physical store until the stock of Curem duvets designated for the promotion is exhausted or until it is revoked by the Organizer.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early, particularly in the event of depletion of the promotional product pool.

§3. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion

  1. A customer who places a new order for a Curem mattress at the Organizer's physical store during the promotion period from May 4-31, 2026, may participate in the promotion.
  2. The promotion applies only to newly placed orders.
  3. The promotion does not include orders placed before the start of the promotional campaign.
  4. To take advantage of the promotion, a Curem mattress must be purchased, and a Curem duvet must be ordered at the promotional price of 1 PLN net.
  5. One Curem duvet at the promotional price is available for each Curem mattress ordered.

§4. Rules for Granting the Promotional Duvet

  1. The type of Curem duvet granted under the promotion depends on the width of the ordered Curem mattress.
  2. When purchasing a Curem mattress with a width from 80 cm to 140 cm, the customer can purchase a small Curem duvet for 1 PLN net.
  3. When purchasing a Curem mattress with a width of 160 cm or more, the customer can purchase a large Curem duvet for 1 PLN net.
  4. The promotion does not include mattresses of brands other than Curem.
  5. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, a monetary discount, or any other product.
  6. Not wishing to take advantage of the promotional duvet does not reduce the price of the mattress.

§5. Availability of Promotional Products

  1. Curem duvets covered by the promotion are supplied by Hilding.
  2. The number of promotional duvets is limited.
  3. In the event of a temporary unavailability of the appropriate duvet size, its delivery period may be extended.
  4. The Organizer does not guarantee constant availability of all variants of promotional duvets throughout the promotion period.

§6. Returns, Complaints, and Order Changes

  1. In the event of cancellation of a Curem mattress order, the customer loses the right to purchase the duvet at the promotional price.
  2. In the event of a return of a Curem mattress, the customer is also obliged to return the duvet purchased under the promotion, if legal provisions or sales conditions allow for the return of the given product.
  3. In the event of a change in the width of the ordered Curem mattress, the type of promotional duvet may be changed accordingly in accordance with the rules set out in §4.
  4. Complaints regarding the mattress or duvet are processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

§7. Combining Promotions

  1. The promotion may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, promotional codes, or individual pricing conditions, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  2. The decision on the possibility of combining the promotion with another offer is made by the Organizer at the physical store.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of these regulations.
  2. The promotion regulations are available in the Organizer's physical stores.
  3. Matters not covered by these regulations are governed by applicable Polish law.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations, provided that this does not infringe the acquired rights of promotion participants.
